Privacy Policy of the AV11 Guide for Readers

This privacy policy sets out how av11bd.com, an independent guide to AV11 (also written as AV 11), handles information from people who read it. The site is not run by the operator and holds no player accounts, deposits or betting history. Anything you do on the AV11 platform itself, from registering to placing a wager on a Bangladesh vs Sri Lanka ODI, falls under the operator's own privacy policy and terms, not this one.

What this privacy policy covers about information we collect

Visiting a guide page, even one about deposits or the app, leaves a small technical trail. This section lists what that trail looks like.

• Server and content-delivery logs, recording requests made to load pages
• Technical data such as browser type, device type and approximate location
• Cookies set by the site, plus anything you type into a contact form

We never ask for passwords, ID documents or payment details, so don't send them to us by email or form.

How this privacy policy lets us use your information

Information collected through the site serves a narrow set of purposes, mostly keeping pages working and readable.

• Running the site, keeping pages loading correctly on slow connections
• Spotting and blocking abuse, spam submissions or scraping attempts
• Building aggregated, anonymous statistics on which guides get read
• Meeting any legal obligation that applies to a website operator

Affiliate links, buttons and other third parties

Buttons on this site that say things like "visit AV11" lead to the operator's own site, usually carrying a tracking code so the guide team can earn a commission if you sign up there. Clicking one of those buttons does not hand your personal data to this guide site, whatever happens next is between you and the operator, under their privacy policy.

Keeping the site itself running involves outside providers too. Hosting and content-delivery services, such as Cloudflare, process some technical data automatically as part of serving pages quickly and securely across Bangladesh and beyond.

Children and this privacy policy

This site writes about an 18+ gambling product, and nobody under 18 should be reading it, registering on AV11 or submitting any form here. If you are a parent or guardian concerned about underage access on a shared family device, the responsible gaming page has practical steps, including device-level blocking tools.

How to make a privacy policy request

If you want to know what this site holds about you, or want something removed, the process is simple and doesn't need a lawyer.

1. Write from your own address Email support@av11bd.com from the address you want us to reply to, so the response actually reaches you.
2. Say exactly what you want State clearly whether you're asking about access, correction, deletion or something else, and mention the page involved if relevant.
3. Wait for a reply Expect a response within 30 days, for example, a player in Rajshahi asking what logs exist from a single visit should hear back in that window.

Your rights under this privacy policy

You can ask about access, correction, deletion or object to how your information is used, by writing to support@av11bd.com. These rights apply to what this guide site itself holds, requests about an AV11 account, a deposit of say ৳200, or betting history sit with the operator, not with this page.

Cookies and this privacy policy

Cookies are small files stored by your browser, and this site uses a limited set of them rather than tracking everything you do.

The table below groups them by type, exact names and lifetimes can change as the site is updated.

How long data is kept and how it's protected

Server logs and similar technical records are kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting, then cleared on a routine schedule rather than stored indefinitely. The site uses HTTPS encryption for traffic, limits who can access backend systems, and keeps software updated to reduce the chance of a breach, no website can promise perfect security, but these are the baseline steps in place.

Legal basis for processing under this privacy policy

Running server logs and basic analytics relies on a legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and functioning, plus any legal requirement that applies to publishing a website. Non-essential cookies, such as those used for analytics or preferences, rely on your consent, which you can withhold or withdraw through your browser settings at any time.

Changes to this privacy policy

Wording here can change as the site adds pages or adjusts how it uses cookies and third-party tools. An updated date sits at the top of this page showing the last change, so a quick glance tells you whether anything new has been added since your last visit.
